Correct way to process opt out plus joining new scheme?

Summary:

I'm looking for a bit of clarification please (this is specific to UK Pensions Automatic Enrolment), as the terminology used by our Pensions provider doesn't entirely match the terms in Fusion… Can anyone please confirm the correct processing actions for the scenario of a new hire choosing to go into a Partnership Pension instead of Alpha, within one month of joining and within the first payroll period? This is classified as an Opt Out in legislation and there is the Opt Out option available in Fusion, however the guidance for Opt Outs doesn't really refer to the combination of opt out + joining a different scheme.
