Schedule 'Send Job Application Notification' Without Triggering Past Notifications

Summary:

We did not schedule the 'Send Job Application Notification' process in PROD because it was sending rejection notifications to all historical candidates who were previously rejected.
Is there a way to schedule the process so that it does not trigger notifications for past-dated rejections?
We are looking for a solution that ensures emails are generated and sent only for rejections made after a certain date (1/Jan/2026).
