Publish Chart of Account Dimension Members and Hierarchies to Balances Cubes in Parallel

Hi,

We noticed the ESS job “Publish Chart of Account Dimension Members and Hierarchies to Balances Cubes in Parallel” appearing in Scheduled Processes.

We have only manually scheduled the standard process:

“Publish Chart of Account Dimension Members and Hierarchies to Balances Cubes”.

We are trying to understand:

• what the “in Parallel” version actually does,
• whether Oracle triggers it automatically as part of the normal publish process,
• and whether customers are expected to manage or schedule it themselves.

We could not find Oracle documentation describing this process or its behavior.

Has anyone else seen this or received clarification from Oracle?
