NPI Launch using custom measure

Hi All,

We have a requirement to launch a NPI based on the custom measure ,but when we tried copy the data from the custom measure to your Adjusted Shipments History measure the Historical data is not getting copied .But when we copy the data from the seeded historical data measure to the custom measure the data is getting copied is this the expected behaviour or is there a work around to get the data copied from the custom measure ?
