how to handle reqs not filled by a person but by a company

Sometime we have requisitions opened for a long time.  Then, the HM decided to outsource the job to a third party company instead of hiring a real person.  We do not want to cancel the req.  We would like to still show this req is filled in Taleo and show it is filled by the company.  If I create a dummy account for the company as a candidate, then this company can only be hired for one requisition.  Is there a workaround to track multiple requisitions that is filled by one company?  Thank you.
