Redwood 26B: Note at line level

Summary:

At line level, we do not see the link for Attachments and Notes under the column during line creation.

I have to save the line first. Than once it is saved I have to click on the clip link under Attachments and Notes column and then edit the note at line level without needing to click on the Pen for edit.

Is this the expected functional behavior?

It seems like Extension behavior that needs Save before activation.

Also, the Note from the header is not replicated to the line like other information.
