Need to create connection / integration to submit BICC job

Summary:

I have been following Oracle Documentation to setup connection for BICC job API / WSDL and have not been successful.

I am trying to build an OIC integration that will trigger a BICC through SOAP connection.

According to Oracle Docs. WSDL Server URL : For all supported operations, use https://servername.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/bi/ess/esswebservice?wsdl

When entering above WSDL link with our server name into OIC it fails with schema error.

Other oracle Docs reporting this API is being phased out, I cant seem to import in SOAPUI either. Has anyone been able to use this WSDL and trigger BICC job?
