How can I make Phone Number and Full names required in application flow

The only required field in the application process if first name. How can i make both first and last name required as well as the phone number? I checked in set up and maintenace and the application process flow. I can see the set up but i cant see where i make anything required. When i click each box ie 'contact information' it doesnt actually show any details or anything to edit. Looking to make required fields here, more than just last name.
