The seeded role for Recruiting Agent gives the abitility to create and update candidate profiles, as intended by Oracle. This is controlled by this privilege :

Now, if I wanted to create a custom agent role and remove the ability for them to update candidate, would this be possible ? I tried searching for any privilege/duty roles related to candidate's creation, but I did not find any (only found one related to job application, not profile) :

So how would I proceed if I wanted to remove update for Agents ?
