26B-RSSP-Allow a Value of Zero for Amount-difference between 26A and 26B

Oracle has introduced below feature as a part of 26B.

Allow a Value of Zero for Amount-based lines

Problem Statement:

In our case, when submitting requisitions using Smart Forms or Catalog Requests, we are able to submit zero-amount requisitions in both 26A and 26B through Smart Forms.

For Catalog Requests, the price cannot be changed, which is the same behavior observed in 26A.

Could you please help clarify what the differences are? At the moment, I do not see any change in this feature in 26B compared to 26A.
