Verify and Update Your TLS/SSL Cipher Compatibility by July 13, 2026

On July 13, 2026, your account-specific global routing endpoints will begin using new TLS/SSL ciphers.

Before July 13, 2026, please ensure all of your processes calling your account-specific global routing endpoints support the listed ciphers. In particular, please review your use of the Responsys APIs, server-initiated external Form submissions/posts, and single sign-on authentication by an external identity provider (IdP). Generally, users accessing the Responsys UI via modern updated browsers will continue enjoying UI access without disruption; modern browsers long ago updated their cipher support.

On 13 July 2026 will update the TLS/SSL ciphers Responsys supports for TLS/SSL communication.
