Operator "and" is not working

Summary:

We have created an account rule in Fixed assets with the condition do only apply to one asset category and it works.

However, we need to restrict the rule to a specific asset book too and when trying to apply the second condition the rule does not apply. Both conditions are tested spreatley and works but using the operator "and" it is not picked up. The condition is validated, so no validation error.
