Newhire atom feed not pulling pending worker created

We are working on NewHire atom feed, if any record added in per_periods_of_service table, it will pull the record. I have created a pending worker today, through HDL by providing mandatory data with start date as 2026/05/01. When I am trying to call atom feeds with below URL in postman, its not giving me pending worker record.

https://<HOST NAME>/hcmRestApi/atomservlet/employee/newhire?update_min=2026-01-01T14:04:00.000Z

As per I know, newhire atom feed pull the pending worker too, What could be the reason, its not pulling the pending worker?
