Missing Pages in Configuration History Dashboard Report Pagination – Oracle Fusion Field Service

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue in the Configuration History Dashboard report in Oracle Fusion Field Service where pagination appears to be inconsistent and several pages are missing between the generated results.

Issue Description

After applying the correct filters and generating the report, the pagination does not display all available pages sequentially.

For example:

• The report may show pages like 1 ... 5 6 7 8 9 10 ... 867
• “No records found. Change criteria and try again”
• At the same time, the total record count still shows thousands of records (e.g., 1733 or 1819records).

In another scenario:

• Page numbers are skipped entirely between the visible ranges.
• Some pages return empty results even though records exist before and after those pages.
