Hide an applicant’s profile from other hiring managers once the candidate is recommended for hire

We have a requirement to hide an applicant’s profile from other hiring managers once the candidate is recommended for hire

Scenario:
If a candidate applies to multiple jobs and a hiring manager moves the candidate to the “Recommend for Hire” phase (a custom phase in the selection process), the candidate should automatically be hidden from all other job applications and from other hiring managers.
