Manage Job Offer (MJO) Rehire/Retiree Actions missing with 26B

We are testing 26B and within MJO (still on classic) we have found that our rehire of a retiree actions differ from what is currently in Prod. We are unable to perform the necessary tasks to move this candidate type forward to HR processed. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Current Steps: MJO>Find Candidate>Click Ellipsis>Choose Add Employee Work Relationship>This provides Business Title field to choose correct person type>Click Ellipsis>Choose Create Work Relationship

With the addition of 26B: MJO>Find Candidate>Click Ellipsis>Choose Add Employee Work Relationship>takes you directly to the "Create Work Relationship" page, does not display the Business Title field
