Excel Visual Builder will not load more than 500 records

Summary:

Hi team, hoping someone can help. Excel Visual Builder will not download more than 500 records even if I click download all, it only fetches 500.

I have changed the page size to 200 records. The stop now button only downloads the first 200 as expected. The download all still stops at 500, so the paging is not the issue, it does seem to continue to the next page offset, but still hits a hard limit at 500 records.
