Loopback interface is failing at Initiate HCM Loader task

Summary:

We have created a loopback interface to trigger a checklist. The first task Run Bi report is success, 2nd task generate hcm file is succesfull and placing the file on content server. but the 3rd task "initiate HCM loader" is failing with critical errors.

I see in content server, the zip file is uploaded.

On data Exchange, import and load. the load fails at import saying zip file has not valid files within.
