Restrict workforce compensation plan for a Position

Summary:

We have a workforce compensation plan for renewal of Teachers, In our Model Teachers reports to Principal and the plan should be only visible to Principal to view the worksheet for teachers .I have set up this plan with Primary Hierarchy as Primary manager hierarchy as the plan is for teachers and Principals are their managers , But how can we restrict this plan only to the Group of Line managers who are in [Position or Job] Principal. We have many positions and Principal and teachers are one of them.
