Repeated Approval Notifications for Cancelled Requisition

Hi Team,

We have the below requirement from one of our customers.

A purchase requisition was cancelled in December; however, the user is still receiving requisition approval email notifications on a daily basis.

Could you please provide any guidance or suggestions on this issue?
