How to bulk remove Remittance Advice Delivery Email ID from Supplier Site

Is there a way to bulk remove Remittance Advice Delivery Email IDs from supplier sites? We currently have approximately 6,000 suppliers for whom these email IDs need to be removed.
I attempted to use FBDI import, but it was not successful. Updating each supplier manually is a very tedious process given the volume.
Are there any REST APIs or alternative approaches available to perform this update in bulk?
