Redwood Personal Payment Methods Not Saving

We are using Redwood for Personal Payment Methods, both for admins and employee self-service. The following issue was brought to our attention for Team Members (TMs):
Team Members only have one view on Employee Self-Service within Oracle. That is the redwood personal payment method page. They are prompted to add both Account information and Payment Method info all in one screen. For some reason, since the switch to Redwood, the Payment Method does not stick always. The payroll team does audit these every Monday of payroll, and an email is sent to the TM. If the TM does not correct, they receive a paper check by default.
