What privilege grants access to Create Receipts in Spreadsheet?

Summary: What privilege grants access to Create Receipts in Spreadsheet? We have an admin type user that has this access but the 2 Accounts Receivable users do not see this in their tasklist. We have custom roles. I found something that said

If you are using a custom role, you must navigate to the Security Console, edit the custom duty role, and explicitly add the AR_CREATE_RECEIPT_BATCH_IN_SPREADHSEET_PRIV privilege to ensure they can download and upload the spreadsheet.

But we do not find this privilege when searching the console.
