OTBI report has increased massively since 26B

Hi,

A report that was taking 9 seconds to run is now taking 706.

This is since 26B came in on Monday.

I will attach the report xml, and I have run a Performance check using the OTBI Performance subject area but am unsure why the report is suddenly taking so long to run for a report that only contains around 90 rows.

There is a couple of and/or filters but they have not been changed for weeks.

It looks like the problem is with this filter because when I remove the OR it reduces the speed back to around 9 seconds.

Can anyone advise how I can work out what the problem is or advise what I should be looking for to fix this problem?
