Talent Review Notifications – Email

Hi Team,

We are looking to enable automated notifications for Talent Review in MyHR (Oracle HCM).

Requirement is to notify line managers via:

  • Email
  • In-app notifications (bell/task alerts)

Based on due dates, reminders, and overdue status, with some level of control over content, timing, and channels.

Has anyone configured something similar or can suggest best practices using Alerts / Journeys / Workflow Notifications?

Any guidance or sample configurations would be helpful.
