Procurement Policy Advisor on RSSP is not responding as desired

Hi All,

We are trying to implement Procurement Policy advisor in our current project. Followed the steps as mentioned in

However, the AI agent is not responding when we have tried to attach the documents shared by the client. It is always showing as 'I don't have necessary information to respond'.

Can someone please let me know if you have faced similar issue or any suggestions on using the file formats that needs to be used so that we can get desired output from AI Agent.

Really appreciate any help in this regard!!
