Production Planning: How can I define time dependencies between two resources?

Summary:

In the Production Scheduling I would like to have a time link between two resources

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I schedule resourceB which is the one that drives the process

I would like that resourceA, based on the calendar, if we planned 3 shifts, resourceA starts 24 hours before resourceB.

If we planned 1 shift, resourceA starts 36 hours before resourceB.

Is this possible?
