Scheduling of Assignment Profile based on analysis criteria

Scenario: Whenever a new employee joins the organization, We have few courses to be assigned to them.I can create the analysis report to check the criteria. Will it be possible to schedule this every week and this should also not pick earlier picked employee i.e. avoid duplicates. Else admin need to create a assignment profile every now and then .Any insights?
