Automate API calls for access log

Currently we are weekly using the following API to keep track of all logs into the system:
https://login-iaiugs.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/oam/services/rest/access/api/v1/audit/events

Can Oracle HCM automate somehow the process, maybe by using HCM Extract or something?
