Targeting Multiple Audiences: Possible?

With Oracle Communicate, is it possible to create a campaign targeting multiple audiences? If not, have organizations found a workaround to achieve the same?

For example, say we have 10 Business Units (BUs) and have created 10 eligibility profiles for each BU. Then, I want to send an email using communicate that sends to 5 out of the 10 BUs. How would this be accomplished? Would you create 5 campaigns for each BU? I didn't see a way to duplicate an existing or previous campaign.
