Can the Manufacturer be a LOV from the Manufacturers created while entering Requisition?

Summary:

Our client is trying to move away from a Marketplace Punchout and utilize RSSP to its fullest extent. They want this to behave as close to the external site as possible. In that, we have come to a point where the Manufacturer section in RSSP is just a text box. This is a Healthcare client who would use this section to enter Manufacturer and the Manufacturer Part number. Is there a way to have this become a LOV?
