We are in a process of implementing Role Guides for our Client and we have a requirement of having a segregation layer based on disciplines after Job for employees and maintain it by HR. for Example -we have Engineer Job and employees with Engineer job may be having different disciplines based on the division they are in so we want to create role Guides for the Engineer job with different disciplines but we see when we create Role Guide Named Engineer and add capability guides with disciplines and when we assign the role guide to people all the people have
