Which table/column stores Business Capability field value for Skills in Oracle HCM Fusion?

Summary:

We are trying to find which backend table/column stores the Business Capability field for Skills Library Content Items in Oracle HCM Fusion.

Navigation: My Client Groups → Profiles → Item Catalog → Skills Library → Edit Skill → Business Capability field

We already checked:

→ HRT_CONTENT_ITEMS_B — DOMAIN_CODE, INFORMATION1-30, ITEM_TEXT_1-30, ATTRIBUTE1-30 all NULL for skills with Business Capability populated in UI

→ HRT_CONTENT_ITEMS_TL — only NAME, no Business Capability

→ HRT_SKILLS_ITEMS_V_ — no Business Capability column

The lookup type is ORA_HRT_BUSINESS_CAPABILITY — we found the lookup values but cannot find where the selected value is stored per content item.
