Can scoring received during evaluation change based on Evaluation Qualification Outcom

Summary:
We are using Supplier Qualification Module to Assess the Supplier Performance based on the Responses received for the Questions.
Once we receive the response and Evaluator Evaluates the Responses and completes the Qualification Outcome.
We have a requirement from Client.
Scenario:
1.Scores received are 90 for Supplier ABC
2.Evaluator decides that the Supplier ABC is Not Recommended.
3.Is there any way where the score reduces based on the Qualification Outcome given by the Evaluator.
Please let us know is there any way to update the scoring during evaluation.
