custom US Cheque Report repositioning when printed to a copier

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM

Hi, I have built a custom US Cheque Report based upon Oracle's seeded US report. I am having issues after a test payroll is ran and converted to pdf and at that point the pdf looks good. When the pdf is printed to a copier/printer the 2nd and 3rd folds of the printout are repositioning themselves upwards.

This is my first attempt at this so I am a newbie. I am assuming that configuration is incorrect when it is being printed but not sure if there are any other issues I am not considering. I am also seeing black backgrounds on a .gif I have placed into each fold of the tri-fold but haven't been able to figure out that issue yet also.
