Rate definitions not visible in the salary basis redwood config page.

When we enable the Redwood Salary Basis page, the different rate definitions for a rate-based salary basis don’t appear in the Salary Basis setup, even though they do show up on the RUI page. Has anyone run into this before, or know how to fix it?
