JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught=One or more attributes related to position synchronization

Summary:

Is anyone familiar with the underlying cause of this error? The error presents when the candidate was moved to HR. We are receiving a lot of these errors recently yet there have been no changes/updates to the position in the req. (The only thing that rather stands out is the FTE on the offer is 0, which is different from the FTE value on the position; unsure of how that occurred). Not sure how to effectively troubleshoot or resolve this issue.
