Questionnaire Task Type Not Visible in Guided Journey Setup

We are trying to configure a Questionnaire task type within a Guided Journey in Oracle Fusion. The questionnaire has already been created and associated within the Subscriber Guided Journey configuration. However, the questionnaire is still not visible in the Guided Journey during runtime/use.

We would like to understand if there are any additional setup steps, profile options, publishing actions, role/security configurations, or eligibility criteria required to make the questionnaire visible within the Guided Journey.
