How to create Service Request and Work Order from Maintenance Cloud (Redwood vs Classic)

Hi team,
I am working with Oracle Maintenance Cloud (SCM) and I need guidance on the standard process to create a Service Request (SR) and its subsequent Work Order (WO) directly from the Maintenance module.Specifically, I would like to know:
- The correct navigation path to link an SR to a WO for a specific Asset.
- If there are any mandatory configurations (opt-ins) required to enable this integration.
- If the process changes if I am using the new Redwood user interface.
Currently, I am on version [26B (11.13.26.04.0)] and using Redwood UI.
