Refresh Compensation Process not refreshing eligibility where Eligibility Profile has formula
Issue:
Eligibility does not refresh after running the Refresh Workforce Compensation Data Batch Process and Refresh data process for individual when the Eligibility profile attached to the plan contains a Fast Formula.
(Note, refresh process does work as expected where eligibility profile does not have a formula attached)
Question:
Should this work? What is expected behaviour? We have existing SR open for over 6 months now to understand this issue, have had multiple OWCs and next rem cycle fast approaching, and have not received an answer as to what is expected behaviour.
Example/Scenario:
1/ Run the Start Compensation and at the time the employee is Eligible for the plan. This is correct
