How to apply for QPDF_SIMU 4096 Setting in Oracle PCM application

Member formula calculation stopped in Oracle PCM application after 26.04 EPM patching. Oracle team has applied a fix to update QPDF_SIMU 4096 setting in the backend and it fixed the issue. This is a temporary workaround until a permanent solution is applied. However this setting is gone after we cloned the application. Is it possible that we can apply this setting on the PCM instance by API or some other method?
