Employee can still login even if terminated

Employee can still login even if terminated

Hello experts, today we have terminated an employee with:

• a termination date in the past
• Revoke User Access after termination

As a result, the employee today is inactive in core HR but If I look his user account in security console he is still active, with role assigned and, as a consequence, he can still login into the application.

We have also run the LDAP processes but, the employee is still active from security console.

Why do we have this issue?
