We created a sales order with a subscription item that includes both recurring yearly billing and usage-based recurring billing. While the charges and billing schedules are generated correctly in OSMC, we are unable to calculate the price for usage items because the 'Rate Usage' button does not appear after entering the usage quantity and tabbing out.

After few Changes we are able to see the Rate Usage Icon, but the Usage Amount is not getting calculated.
