Issue: Unable to view GenAI skills suggestions on the Skill Center page.

We have followed all the pre-requisite steps to enable Gen Ai Dynamic Skills, but a colleague cannot view AI skills suggestions on the Skill Center Page.

We created Recommendation Profile with the following selections:

The recommendations were created successfully.

Logged in as a colleague but cannot view any AI Skills Suggestion in the skills river, it appears completely blank.

These are the list of processes that we had scheduled:

  1. Run the ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS process with the input parameter fa-hcm-wlf-recommendationprofile.
