Oracle Fusion 26B RSSP Procurement Cards

in Self Service Procurement

We are implementing Procurement Cards (P-Cards) through RSSP/Redwood for requisition users purchasing from suppliers such as Walmart and Sam's Club.

We have received conflicting guidance from previous implementation discussions and need clarification regarding the current Oracle-supported approach in 26B.

Current use case:

• Users create requisitions through RSSP using Procurement Cards
• Users are standard requisition users only
• Users are not expected to process invoices in Payables
• Corporate cards are configured with Procurement card type
• Procurement Card DFF/UI components are being enabled in Redwood

Questions:

  1. For users creating requisitions using Procurement Cards through RSSP, are Payables operational roles required for runtime usage?
