Does Demand type=Fulfillment lines in ATP rules include demand from transfer order in source org?

Summary:

Transfer order not routed through order management also create demand and shipment lines in source organization on schedule ship date (Required delivery date - transit lead time). These transfer orders at time of creation did not go though GOP engine.

After creation of these transfer order lines, does these transfer order demand line get picked by ATP Rules demand type=Fulfillment lines configuration and does these demand volume consume supplies in source org and ATP net calculation in review supply availability screen in GOP? Pls confirm since documentation are silent about it.
