Free Tier signup blocked after email correction (Incident #260523-000782)
Hello,
I attempted to create an Oracle Cloud Free Tier account but my email was accidentally truncated (.co instead of .com), which caused the first attempt to fail. After correcting it, subsequent attempts resulted in a "forbidden" / rate limit error.
I have opened support incident #260523-000782 but wanted to also post here in case a manual review is needed.
This is my first attempt at creating an account. Using a valid credit card and real information. Any help unblocking the signup would be appreciated.
