Future Changes section in Employment Info are not visible for HRs own record

Summary:

HR user when tries to make updates to their own record in any future date, then Future Changes line is not visible under My Client Groups→Employment Info when HR tries to search and open their own record.

When HR tries to do updates for others in Future date then Future Changes line is visible for others. Why is it so?

But they can see those Future dated updates for themselves in Person management screen.
