Why Line Manager Dashboard reports show no results found ?

We are getting a "No Result Data" error in almost all areas of our Line Manager Dashboard report. The employee has both the abstract line manager role and the custom line manager role assigned. Data security profiles are assigned for both roles, and the ESS jobs have already been run. However, we are still continuing to receive the same error. What could be the reason for this issue?
