AR Transaction created via AGIS is not calculating Tax

in Receivables & Collections

I have created an Applicability Rule for Intercompany AR Transaction.

And Tax Rate Rule,

And created and AR Transaction via AGIS

But no Tax got created.

Configuration Tax owner, First Party registration every setups is defined. Even though tax is not getting calculated.
